CONCERT WORKSHOP DAY

BUILD AN OPERA
A modular, entry-point workshop where teachers choose three topics to form their overall workshop experience. Topics include: drama, vocal music, instrumental music and rhythm, integrated arts, and storytelling.
Classroom teachers and students collaborate with professional artists to become composers, librettists, designers, and performers of their own operatic work. Funded programs for the 2019/2020 season have been selected. We are currently able to accept applications from schools for paid programming. Workshop fees vary depending on the content and structure of the program.
