MUSIC AND WELLNESS
If you’ve ever sought out just the right track to unwind after a long day at work or pump you up for a session at the gym, you know how music can affect our mood and state of mind. But music and wellness can also be part of a balanced healthy lifestyle. This series focuses on how music can benefit our well-being through informational sessions in the form of lectures and recitals, as well as hands-on activities, like yoga and sing-alongs that put musical theory into practice. Join the COC in celebrating music and mental health!
